Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A new Gateway system for Smart Agriculture incorporating LTE technology and bluetooth technology is not yet certified as a composite system and an STA is necessary for in-field testing of the system. This application is a final application specifying the same facilities as in a prior STA, WN9XME ) that expired January 29, 2019. A final STA is needed to complete testing. Please see narrative exhibit.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Deployment of sensors in orchards to collect information about the health of the trees. Data transmitted to gateway via Bluetooth for upload via LTE to the Cloud. Please see attached narrative exhibit.
