Mr. Ghaffari,

With respect to your question, Rearden’s engineering team has provided the following response.

        We will not be utilizing 400 transmitting devices. Each transmitting device can use from 1 to 100 of distributed
        antennas (as we detail in Exhibit 3), and as such, we listed 100 for "No. Of Units" for each type of transmitting
        equipment in the Manufacturer section of FCC Form 442, in reference to the maximum number of antennas per
        transmitting equipment, not the maximum of number of independent transmitting equipment devices.

        The maximum number of independent transmitting equipment devices that we plan to test will be under 50.

Accordingly, we do not have an objection if OET wants to reduce the number of authorized experimental devices
accordingly. If you need further clarification, please let me know.
