Raytheon Technical Services Company Transfer of Control Application 0004-EX-TU-2016 Explanation of Transaction Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon Intelligence, Information, and Systems (Raytheon IIS), a division of Raytheon Company. RTSC is a limited liability company. For ease of corporate governance, Raytheon Company is dissolving some of the subsidiary company structures and folding those operations directly into the main corporate structure of Raytheon Company and its four divisions. This application requests the authority to move these licenses: WH2XAH WH2XAP WH2XAQ WH2XHD WH2XJX WH2XQN WH2XXJ from the limited liability company to Raytheon IIS, under the FRN 0016363756, and after the transfer to have the licenses held in the name of Raytheon IIS.
