Mr. McCune:

Nic Herbert provided me your name and phone number this afternoon.

Clarence Banks in our shop left two voicemails for Everette Swanson and never heard back. I sent a
few emails to Stan Chandler and never received a response. I called the Koch Pipeline Company
operator in Wichita, KS today. The operator indicated that Everette Swanson was with a different
company now and that Stan Chandler had left. The operator thought Eric Palmquist might be the
right person for us to communicate with. Eric called me and indicated that Nic Herbert might be the
correct person. Nic Herbert sent me an email that you might be the correct person.

Your FCC license apparently has incorrect information on it. Someone should update that.

Please review the attached letter and get back with Clarence Banks, soon. He’ll probably call you
tomorrow (Tuesday).
