Raytheon request a STA for the purpose of testing new Component Technology.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Raytheon will be conducting radar transmitter technology test. Raytheon will be conducting radar transmitter technology test. Were investigating some component, packaging and integration techniques to improve radar performance. We need to conduct outdoor testing from two locations in El Segundo and a location in Palos Verdes, CA. We will set up two Radar Systems in Building E-1 one of the systems will transmit to the Moving Target Simulator located in Building R-9 Raytheons North Campus. The Second Radar System will transmit to a Moving Target Simulator located on a hill top in Palos Verdes, CA.
