SUBJECT:       REQUEST FOR STA TO OPERATE PROXIM TSUNAMI GX800
               MICROWAVE EQUIPMENT
               JUNE 1, 2012

Raytheon Network Centric Systems (Applicant) has an immediate need to establish
microwave communications at the New Mexico State University Chihuahua Desert
Range Research Center. The microwave is required for data transport between
surveillance test and demonstration sites and the operations center. Please be aware that
antennas for 10.705 GHz and 11.235 GHz will not be the same as antennas for the other
four frequencies, and thus will have different power inputs and outputs.

Applicant understands that grant of this application will be on a secondary basis to other
authorized users on the same or adjacent frequencies.

This operation will be coordinated with Area Frequency Coordinator, White Sands
Missile Range prior to test and demonstration.
