Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS) has been developing a communications system that can be used without infrastructure; this is especially essential during a disaster (example Katrina). The Raytheon Micro Light RT 1922 Technology each mobile unit act as a repeater or tower to route call through the network, this action is transparent to the user. We are planning to conduct demonstrations in Rochester, N.Y 10/11/10 thru 11/05/10
