Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As detailed in paragraph 1 below, Raytheon seeks this STA in order to allow testing and technical demonstrations of this system in the TV white spaces 470-698 MHz. This License is for developmental and technical demonstrations.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS) to demonstrate High Speed Data Gateway radio System for interoperability. This system requires 12 channels of 1.2 MHz bandwidth with a 20 MHz span of operation.
