Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Establishing Automatic Toll Booths . Raytheon Network Centric Systems (IDS) has been Virginia Department Of transportation on establishing Automatic Toll Booths along the area of the I-95. This temporary license is to establish this network for Automatic Toll Booths as soon as possible. For this system we will be using Raytheon Company AVM1.
