ESSM TM Special Temporary Authority License Request for NASAM

1. Purpose of Operation
The ESSM TM will be used to downlink test information for the ESSM section of the
AMRAAM-ER missile. This telemetry data is required to assess the performance of
the AMRAAM-Extended Range missile being developed by Raytheon. This
demonstration test event is being conducted at White Sands Missile Range at the
West Center-50 (WC-50) site.
