Washington, DC 20554 Re: Request to Change Applicant/Licensee Name and update FRN Call Signs: See Table Below Dear Ms. Hey: In accordance with sections 1.65 of the Commission’s rules and in accordance with the practice and procedure specified by the Office of Engineering and Technology on its website, https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/els/misc/FccElsFAQ.cfm, we are writing to the Office of Engineering and Technology to request that the Commission’s records be updated to properly reflect the name of the entity that holds the referenced licenses. The call signs in table below should show “Raytheon IDS” as the entity that holds the license. The chart below indicates what the current entity name is and the reason for the change. The policy of the Raytheon Spectrum Management Council requires that each of its business units to be responsible for the licenses that are used at their facilities. The underlying programs have moved from Raytheon NCS to Raytheon IDS. This name change is not the result of a corporate transaction, but merely the reassignment of responsibilities within an existing corporate structure. No actual or pro forma transfers of control have taken place.
