Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We need to set up a demonstration of DSRC equipment at Raytheon in Fullerton. This needs to be done as soon as possible to verify performance. The demonstrations are expected to be within a 6 month period of time.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Verifying the operation of a DSRC system that will be used to contribute to the development of radio technology to enhance vehicle and public safety.
