Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is needed for short term testing of the SeaVue radar at the Raytheon McKinney TX radar test range. (33.21445 North, 96.65133 West)

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of the Coastwatch CMS04 SeaVue Radar. The Coastwatch CMS04 SeaVue Radar contract is scheduled to ship the first radar system with the new modes by the first week in August in order to meet its contractual requirement to our commercial customer. Development on the new radar capabilities is in the final stages, and needs to be tested in the Raytheon McKinney Radar Test Range prior to shipment in August.
