Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are building a military training system to be used in Kenya by the British Army. It operates in the 1350-1390 MHz band but we need a way to test it over the air prior to completion and shipment abroad. Can use 1 to 5 watts FHSS hopping among any 25-50 frequencies in this band. Testing to be done at our facility in Boise Idaho.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The delivered system will collect GPS position and status from about 1000 trainees but for testing we need only about 40 nodes plus a master station. Test area needs to be only 1 to 5 km square.
