The Rajant CEO told me that after the regular season ends with the Super Bowl in early February, an NFL committee meets in the second half of February to determine possible new contracts, such as with Rajant for this type of coach communication broadband system. It is possible that there may be some additional testing to complete the review and contracting process that could go into March. Hence, Rajant requested the longest possible time under the STA – the six months – to get them through March with flexibility to test in any approved stadium the NFL chooses. As I mentioned in an email September 18th, Rajant wants to see how best to configure the base stations, to prevent leakage, etc., in each available NFL stadium over the course of this football season. Because of the need to coordinate testing details with the NFL, its other vendors (e.g. Bose for the headsets), and each involved stadium, Rajant is unable at this time to pinpoint which dates that testing will take place. We tried to explain that in the filed attachment. Rajant plans to test the equipment in the remaining stadiums in relatively quick walk‐throughs on non‐game days, but it is possible the NFL or a specific team would want to test on a game day. So we can file an attachment that lists the NFL schedule as a reference for possible game‐day testing, noting that tests would take place at either live game‐day settings, or on non‐game days.
