Replacing frequency bands 1709.7-1710.7, 1719.7-1720.7, 1728.7-1729.7, 1748.7- 1749.7, 1804.7-1805.7, 1814.7-1815.7, 1823.7-1824.7, 1843.7-1844.7 (all in MHz) with 944-945 MHz and 899-900 MHz. 2. Replacing emission designator 1M00GXW with 200kGXW 3. Changing the power from 100 mW ERP to 20 mW ERP.
