Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a television program producer and production company having been granted a BAS license for this purpose. However, the extensive Part 74(H) spectrum utilization by the production itself and within the immediate vicinity of Rockefeller Center, and the large number of active DTV stations in the New York market necessitates making coordinated, temporary use of additional unused spectrum in the 600MHz band.
