Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A STA is necessary to broadcast radio signals in the 1920-1930 MHz and 2400-2450 MHz frequency bands from a high altitude balloon operating at altitudes greater than 50000 feet and will be operated on a non-interference basis with ground-based networks.
