This refers to application, File No. 0512-EX-CN-2018, for an experimental authorization.

You are advised that the Commission is unable to grant your application for the facilities requested. The
proposed operation on 1500 kHz within the protected day 0.5 mV/m contour of WAZZ, Fayetteville, NC
(1490 kHz, 1 kW, U, Class C station) and would cause prohibited overlap. In addition, the proposal can
cause critical hour interference to Class A station WFED (AM), Washington, D.C.
