     SUBJECT: Operational Description SOFSA support of USASOC Ft. Bragg NC. Supporting Special
     Operations Forces Support Activity

1.   RLM Communications, Inc. is providing The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC)
     training, science, and technology support in the areas of Special Operations Research, Development, &
     Acquisition Command (SORDAC) through the Special Operations Forces Support Activity Contract
     (SOFSA) Contract vehicle. Contract number H92254-16-C-0001

2.   The AM transmitter will operate in daytime hours only at 1kw ERP at 1500 kHz center frequency at a
     bandwidth of 10 kHz analog audio only. Transmission will not be continuous with on-air time varying between
     a few minutes and a few hours at a time averaging a few times a month to support training and testing of this
     system for the US Military.

3.   RLM will be providing Design Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) for a family of electronic systems
     which includes Radio, Video, and Cellular technologies for research and development activities.
     The testing activities will take place at RLM Communications, Inc at 1027 East Manchester Road. These
     activities will occur many times over the course of the contract to support SOFSA and USASOC.
     The nature of the activity will include fixed antenna configurations, reliability testing, and experimental
     software testing.

4.   The systems being developed, tested, and delivered will span a period of five years which includes
     configuration management, system upgrades, testing, evaluation, and delivery requirements including
     testing and training.
