Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2364MHz, 2372MHz, 2380MHz, 2392MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from December 4, 2017 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation through December 6, 2017.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  For the shooting of a Livestream Production. RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a Livestream Production “Audio Think Faster Project” at Willow Springs International Raceway CA. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Livestream has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of this “Audi Think Faster Project”.
