Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film Inc is filing an STA request to provide an terrestrial video link for filming “We Have A Ghost” movie production. RF Film Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. On Set Louisiana Productions has contracted RF Film Inc to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the New Orleans LA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area RF Film Inc. requests the use of a channel in the 2360 - 2390MHz Telemetry Bands.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF Film Inc is filing an STA request to provide an terrestrial video link for filming "We Have A Ghost" movie production. RF Film Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360 - 2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film Inc. would submit for frequencies centered on 2364MHz, 2374MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from October 21, 2021 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on November 20, 2021.
