Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a Action Unit Production at and around the Manhattan Bridge area. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Action Unit has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of Clifford the Big Red Dog. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the downtown Manhattan NY Bridge area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz and 1435-1525MHz Telemetry Band.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a Action Unit Production at and around the Manhattan Bridge area. RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360 -2390 MHz and 1434-1525 MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2368MHz, 2380MHz and 1476MHz with a 16MHz bandwidth from July 12, 2019 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on August 11, 2019.
