Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of “Ark of Alliance” a feature film at and around the Los Angeles Forum. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. The Universal Church has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of this movie. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the downtown Los Angeles area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television andNews coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

Purpose of Operation

RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of "Ark of Alliance". RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2360 - 2390 MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2368MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from October 14, 2018 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on November 13, 2018.
