Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2368MHz with an 8MHz bandwidth from November 13, 2017 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on December 12, 2017.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide live aerial images during a commercial production shoot. RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a Paramount Pictures film “Top Gun 2” in and around Byron Airport Contra Costa County California. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Paramount Pictures Industries, Inc. has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of this movie test from a CINEJET L-39.
