Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Pouya Creative has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the filming of this commercial. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in and around the Mojave Airport area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of the special event, RF Film Inc., requests the use of channels in the 2360 - 2390 MHz Telemetry Band.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this operation is to provide the production company video images from cameras that would be impractical or unsafe to be cabled.
