RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for a terrestrial video link and submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Power Valley Events, Los Angeles CA 90025 has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide an Aerial microwave link at Apple Headquarters, Cupertino CA. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Cupertino CA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events.

Purpose of Operation

Power Valley Events, Los Angeles CA 90025 has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide an Aerial microwave link at Apple Headquarters, Cupertino CA. RF Film, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 2296 - 2390 MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission's Rules. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2364MHz with a 8MHz bandwidth from May 22, 2020 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on June 21, 2020.
