Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
. RF Film, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered on 2360MHz, 2368MHz, 2376MHz, 2384MHz all with 8 MHz bandwidth from April 27, 2018 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on May 26, 2018.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of "Open World" a Warbird Prod. feature film in and around downtown Los Angeles CA. RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of “Open World” a Warbird Prod. feature film in and around downtown Los Angeles CA. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Warbird Productions LLC. has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of this movie. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the downtown Los Angeles CA. area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band
