21 April 1999 Federal Communications Commission Experimental Radio Service PO Box 358320 Pittsburgh, PA 15251—5320 Attn: Mr. Carl Huie Re: Renewal of License KA2XYP Dear Mr. Huie: We wish to renew our existing experimental license, KAZXYP that is expiring 1 May 1999. 1| have attached a form 159, $45 check and copy of our existing license for your information ‘ It should be noted that no changes have been made to the technical parameters of our existing license (however, we do have a new mailing address). We are simply asking for a two—year renewal. The purpose of this license is to perform testing and verification on ground based radar units manufactured by the Raytheon Systems Company to support on— going military efforts in the field of target identification and radar processing of target signals. This effort is expected to continue through the year 2001. The fabrication and primary testing of these radar units will be performed in Fullerton, California, and the main demonstration area will preliminary be done at the Nellis Airforce Base in NV. However, other sites (see "Station Location" area of license) could also be used.
