Attention: Nancy Hey

This application is for the resubmittal of the renewal for KA2XYP which was submitted on 1 May 1999. The party submitting for the
renewal forgot to utilize the FCC 405 Form. The whole package was returned to sender including the a copy of the check sent for
submittal still in the hands of Melion Bank.

To assist in clarifying this renewal application here‘s a brief description of the attached documentation.

1, A copy of the original renewal submitted check, that is still in the hands of the Mellon Bank.

2. A copy of the FCC 159 Form submitted that has the Special Use Block filled in with 021082762 which is the check number
           of the original application.

3. The explanation letter we received from you when you returned the application.

4. The original application this time submitted with the required FCC 405 Form and a new FCC 159 Remittance Advice Form..

Hopefully you now have all the required documentation for a proper submittal.

     Charles W. Pepin
