Permit operation of CDL during Integration & Test, and on Program missions Data file transmissions to TIGDL receiving station at China Lake NAWC during Program missions Support high data rate air-to-ground communications for US government contracts Air-to-ground communications in support of testing under US Government contracts. CDL will operate during program missions, and during Integration and Test to validate equipment.
