Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Qualcomm plans to demonstrate 5G technology at a conference in San Francisco. March 13-20, 2020. Qualcomm plans to operate a short range indoor, low power, private 5G network

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The demonstrations will be located inside the building defined in the experimental license parameters.   A low power base station (<-20dBm/200mW EIRP) will be communicating with no more than five 5G devices located within 10 meters of the demo area.
