Narrative Exhibit

Planet Labs Inc. (formerly Cosmogia Inc.) plans on conducting ground tests of the radios to be used for
the Dove series of satellites. Transmissions will occur within the walls of the Planet Labs office in San
Francisco, CA, and all transmissions will be highly attenuated compared to on-orbit operations through
the use of low-power radio settings and additional attenuators.

In addition, Planet Labs plans on installing a rotor mounted UHF yagi antenna system to conduct on-
orbit testing with the Dove series satellites from the roof of the building. The UHF yagi antenna system
will only transmit at 450.0 MHz and will not transmit below 10 degrees above the horizon.
