Narrative Exhibit Planet Labs Inc. (formerly Cosmogia Inc.) plans on conducting ground tests to test out the radios to be used for the Dove series of satellites. All transmissions will occur within the walls of the Planet Labs office in San Francisco, and all transmissions will be highly attenuated compared to on-orbit operations through the use of low-power radio settings and additional attenuators.
