  Narrative  Exhibit       This  application  requests  authority  for  Cosmogia  to  operate  an  experimental  Earth   station  to  communicate  with  Cosmogia’s  Dove  series  of  experimental  satellites.    The   earliest  launch,  which  is  for  the  Dove  1  satellite,  is  currently  scheduled  for  April  4,  2013.     A  license  period  of  2  years  is  requested  to  match  the  lifetime  and  launch  dates  of  the   ensuing  Dove  satellites.     Additional  Antenna  Descriptions     Half  Moon  Bay,  CA     Latitude/Longitude:  37  23  4  N,  122  24  48  W     Primary  Antenna:  3  m  parabolic  antenna  with  X-­‐band/S-­‐band  combined  circularly   polarized  feed     Secondary  Antenna:  tripod-­‐mounted,  circularly  polarized  UHF  helical
