FAA Atlanta ACO and Piper Aircraft Inc. require testing of an emergency broadcast system that will transmit on 121.5MHz and 1090MHz under Type Inspection Authorization for the purpose of approving the system.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  This operation will be necessary in order to conduct a certification test of an emergency system in the NAS. This testing is required under type inspection authorization for FAA certification of the system
