           Dear Mr. Huie,

The .pdf labeled as "blockdiagram" explains the details of the proposed
experiments for the WMTS 1400MHz band. The MS Word document
(FCC_Experimental_Licenset.doc) explains the diagram. We will need to have
this information retained as confidential as the material is a business
strategy that could compromise our business should it become public
           knowledge.
The other band requested in the submission is the 608—614MH2z for a device
equivalent of the currently cleared M2601A transmitter (FCC 1D# PQCM2601A).
This transmitter will also operate in the 400—480 and 590—632 MHz range for
non—US applications, however our manufacturing and R&D facilities will need
to test the device at our facitities in Andover MA or Oxnard CA under these
radio frequencies. Of the 400—632 MHz frequencies just listed, only the
608—614 will be commercially released in the US per the 47 CFR Part 95
requirements, likewise with the 1400MHz WMTS band. An FCC submission will
be presented upon completion for these devices.
