Dear Sir or Madam,

The intention of this modification is comply with the upcoming WMTS ruling change
(December 21, 2001) shifting the 1429-1432 MHz band down to 1427-1429 MHz. There are no
other changes to this license.

We propose to add the 1427-1429 MHz frequency range to the existing Experimental License.
We also propose to keep the 1429-1432 MHz if possible, as we will need time to implement the
new WMTS frequency range.
