A copy of the application and STA are attached. Specially, we would like to delete all references to the NYPD and all affiliated divisions in the “Purpose of Operation” section. We would also like to include the following text in that section of the application: We see these technical objectives: 1. Make live video surveillance feeds available to mobile personnel on handsets. Today video is available only in a fixed location, the Command Center. 2. Determine the maximum video stream load through tuning codec parameters and camera count to understand throughput with Band 14's 10 Mhz upload channel. 3. Affirm value of spectrum dedicated to public safety through application in an RF environment where consumer cellular networks quickly become overloaded in an incident. As the application is now final, we are unable to amend on the "Experimental Licensing System Amend/Complete Application Page.” Please advise the best way to make these amendments.
