Upon our further review of this case, it appears that we applied for a license during 2014, instead of in
2015. Indeed, the current status of this application is "Grant Expired Due to New License."

We would like to request a license during the period of March 27, 2015 to September 27, 2015. The term
of the desired STA is six months.

Please advise if you are able to re-process this ELS request with these new dates, or if a new request
should be filed.
