Dear Colleagues,

We’ve received your message that Application No. 0863-EX-CN-2017 overlaps with the FirstNet
Band and appears to have several duplicate entries.

Regarding the FirstNet overlap, I’ve removed the overlap with the FirstNet Band from our
application and resubmitted the application. Please let me know if the submission was not received on
your end. If the submission is not received, may we ask for your assistance in removing the overlap with
the FirstNet band from the application.

Regarding the duplicate entires, our belief is that no duplicates are present in the application.

We’d like to draw attention to the “Orientation in the Horizontal Plane” within each
Station Location. We’ve requested that each Action Frequency have three sectors. Therefore,
each Action Frequency within the Station Location has a 1, 120, and 240 Orientation in horizontal plane
(degrees from True North), but the rest of the information remains identical.
