April 16, 2013 RE: Special Temporary License Application Dear Office of Engineering and Technology, I am writing to request that you grant Parallel Wireless’s application for Special Temporary Authority to test our equipment. We are a start-up company based in Nashua, New Hampshire. And we have developed an innovative broadband access technology that we would like to test in our laboratory before sending our equipment to the FCC for certification. Our test will be in a fixed location at our corporate headquarters. In terms of frequencies, we would like to test on LTE, LTE Advanced, TV White Space, 3.65 GHz, and unlicensed 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz. We are hoping to begin testing on May 1, 2013. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can provide any additional information necessary to complete the review of this application.
