Thank you for your communication of January 19, 2016 pertaining to STA File No. 0055-EX-ST-2015,
with reference number 30758. As you suggested therein, Parallel Wireless is now submitting a Form 422
application based on the previously submitted Special Temporary Authority (STA) license
(0055-EX-ST-2015), with Form 422 file number 0053-EX-PL-2016, for the same devices deployed at the
same site, with a 1-year term.

As this new application is intended to cover the extension of the previous STA, please disregard STA File
No. 0055-EX-ST-2015.
