Hi Anthony,

With respect to this experimental proposal, coordination No. 0655-EX-ST-2012,
Broadband Division would recommend that Panasonic Avionics Corporation secure
consent from the Advanced Wireless Service licensees prior to operation in 2110-
2170 MHz and coordinate with the local SBE frequency coordinator prior to accessing
450-470 MHz.
