In support of the application for that STA, Panasonic pre-coordinated the 5150-5250 MHz Band with the FCC and obtained the corresponding non-governmental tracking number (NG T120337) at the requested test site: George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston, TX. As indicated in the attached Narrative Statement to the pending application for a two-year experimental license, it is assumed that this NGT# would be valid for purposes of the pending appalication and license grant. If this is not the case, Panasonic will request a new NGT#, but Panasonic notes that this step would likely incur significant delay in the Commission's processing.
