Reply to FCC Correspondence #20628

Panasonic Avionics (“Panasonc”) hereby replies to FCC Correspondence #20628, dated
June 21, 2013, regarding the pending application for an experimental license (ELS File No.
0274-EX-PL-2013) to conduct T-PED testing at Newark Liberty International Airport. NTIA has raised a
question regarding the listed northern latitude coordinates listed on the application for the proposed test
site.

Panasonic has reviewed the application and confirms that the listed northern latitude coordinates are
incorrect as submitted: 41 41 29 NL. The correct northern latitude coordinates are: 40 41 29 NL. It
appears that there was a typo when the data was entered into the application. Panasonic extends its
apologies for the error.

Panasonic has been informed that OET staff will make the necessary correction on the application.
Please advise if Panasonic needs to take any further action.

Sincerely,

Mark D. Johnson | Squire Sanders (US) LLP
