Modification of Pending Application ELS File No. 0244-EX-PL-2013

Panasonic Avionics Company (“Panasonic)” informs the Commission that, upon review of the pending
application for a two-year experimental license referenced above, a typographical error was discovered
in one of the listed test frequencies. As originally filed, the application seeks authorization to conduct
tests in the 5250-5250 MHz band. The correct test band is 5250-5350 MHz. The associated technical
information for the band is not otherwise changed. The pending application has been amended to make
this correction. Although not included in the submitted application, Panasonic confirms that it will test
in the 1 MHz frequency at 5300 MHz in the 5250-5350 MHz band. See Table 1 included in the
accompanying Narrative Statement.
