Amendment of ELS File No. 0234-EX-PL-2012

Panasonic Avionics Company (“Panasonic)” respectfully requests to include an additional frequency
band to the pending experimental license application (ELS File No. 0234-EX-PL-2012) at each of the two
(2) authorized test sites: 2400-2497 MHz. Although not required for amending the pending application,
Panasonic will test within the 2400-2497 MHz band in the following three 1 MHz frequencies: 2412
MHz, 2437 MHz, and 2462 MHz.
