In response to the OET correspondence of June 11, 2010 (#11207), on this date Panasonic Avionic's
Corporation (Panasonic) has attached to its pending application for a two-year experimental license (File
No. 0225-EX-PL-2010) a copy of its June 28, 2010 letter to AFTRCC commiting to coordinate with
AFTRCC in advance of any testing on the subject frequencies.
