Panasonic Avionics Corporation (Panasonic) has previously committed to coordinate with AFTRCC in
connection with similar test authority, see Letter to Darryl J. Holtmeyer, dated Mar. 25, 2010, submitted in
support of experimental STA Call Sign WE9XDS. Panasonic again commits to coordination with
AFTRCC in advance of any testing on the subject frequencies and will submit a similar letter in the docket
of this proceeding to confirm this commitment.
